ayyejaycee 15 Posted November 26, 2012 Post op day 5. Doing really good. Getting all my fluids in. Got in most of my Protein yesterday. But wait.. I'm sick of all this sweet crap. I do like my strained Soups. So far I've tried muscle milk light, unjory chocalate splendor, various isopures and I hate them. Tooo sweet, no substance just plain Yuck. Pours down drain. Sharon's last chance 88 Posted November 26, 2012 My favorite is the ready to drink special K milk chocolate. It has 190 calories and 10 grams of protien. Not the lowest calorie or highest protien but unlike the others it actually tastes good and doesn't get poured down th he sink. Susmcmur 124 Posted November 28, 2012 Early on I was able to tolerate Unjury chicken Soup. Just like chicken broth with lots of protein; you can also use it to make mashed potatoes. I was strictly Unjury chocolate Splendor and Unflavored my first few months, then branched out to some Synthrax Nectars and smoothie King Gladiator in vanilla. I make a yummy iced or hot latte with my Kuirig, nonfat milk, a little SF French vanilla Creamer and the vanilla Gladiator. It's not too sweet, and you could do Decaf if its still early days for you.
