Bos123 221 Posted November 26, 2012 Picture in green shirt are both taken one week prior to surgery. Fantastic! You look great! Can I ask what your start weight was? You look the same as me and I am Pleasantly surprised at how much you've lost! I assumed I would loose slower cause I'm a Lower bmi? You look like you were a low bmi

Good for you! Very inspirational:) did you start a work out program at all? What was the hardest part for you?
BigMommaNoMore 41 Posted November 26, 2012 Me too:) and my weight is just about the same! Good for you! Very inspirational:) did you start a work out program at all? What was the hardest part for you? I haven't worked out like I need to. I have walked in some 5Ks which is something I probably couldn't have done before. I do ride a stationary bike a little but not regularly. The hardest part is leaving food on my plate. I make very small plates and I stop the very second I feel anything close to full so leaving uneaten food is hard. Really no part of the whole surgery has been real bad. I would most definitely do it over a hundred times. My only regret is not taking this step sooner.
