BArnett VSG 3 Posted November 25, 2012 hey there - haven't been around in a while just wanted to update everyone, I'm 70 lbs down in 4 months and doing great. For those interested I've kept a (rather relaxed) video blog, located here -> happy to answer any questions! Brian 1 TakeCareGirl reacted to this

whatever16 5 Posted November 25, 2012 Brian Just watched your YouTube videos and they were very informative. I am in the same boat as you and am also named Brian. I started at 333 and was sleeved the end of September. I'm down about 50 lbs with minimal complications (back hurts), I am also cold all the time where I was always hot. I'm trying to find a good app for tracking Protein. I have tried myfitnesspal but tracking Protein isn't that easy in it. I'm heading in for my 2 month visit this week and looking forward to the results. As for exercise, I'm riding my bike and try to hit the treadmill but only 1-2 times per week. I definitely have definitely lost some strength in my muscles probably due to lack if protein, it's a challenge to get 80 grams of protein in a day. I'm beginning to supplement with eas rtd shakes that have 43g in them. Best of luck. 1 Jenipher reacted to this
