I also like 1-2 eggs scrambled with feta cheese and dill herbs. On the side I like to have 2 chicken maple sausage. They are very tasty, but also healthy.

Organic, plain 2% Greek yogurt with 4-8 blue or raspberries is great at one month. I still eat it now with chia seed (not recommended until a few months out) or flax, raw honey, or goji berries/cacao nibs mix.

Fiddleman do the scrambled eggs get easier, cause I cannot even finish 1 egg scrambled, it has to be poached if I eat eggs.

Yes, eating scrambled eggs has gotten easier. First, I tried eating scrambled and that was way too much. Next, I switched to 1 egg. That was just right. Now I am comfy at about 1.5 egg. I could probably do 2, but 1.5 is just right as goldilocks would say. I have founds the feta eggs to be one of my yummiest breakfasts and I have it about 2 x a week. On the other days I have Protein shakes. Usually a shake goes over best with me first thing in the morning from a timing perspective.

Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.

I would like to know what questions you wish you had asked prior to your duodenal switch surgery?
