Protein after your work helps muscles repair and grow(strengthen..) But I'm new to all this so let see what other people say. Jenipher 28 Posted November 25, 2012 Very true during one of my many weight loss ordeals. I use to work out and do Protein 45 minutes before or after a workout . It really works my muscles just grew and the fat just melted. That was great advice from your trainer.
