enigmachik 403 Posted November 24, 2012 Like most women, I have a range of sizes taking up space in the closet. Today I started going through clothes I haven't been able to wear in years. I was amazed at how many of them fit! Some of them I am sad to say I've nearly missed out on because they are basically already too big on me. Even my smallest clothes are oh so close to being publicly wearable. I can't believe it! When I look at myself in the mirror I can't really see much of a difference, but fitting into these clothes made it real to me. I really am losing this weight! I want to jump up and down! 3 LadyK, Tbrendon and catryem reacted to this

[/quote'] Congrats. I am one of those with a range of sizes, now I am down to a few dress pants, jeans, blouses and dresses. I think I need to go to the 2nd hand and thrift stores , maybe I can find inexpensive clothes till I get to my goal wgt. I hate buying because I will be out of the clothes in no time.... Keep up the wonderful job u r doing... 1 enigmachik reacted to this
iggychic 1,405 Posted November 24, 2012 I'm peeved off at my weight loss lol ok maybe not, but I purchased four pairs of Not Your Daughters Jeans which you should be able to wear through a range of sizes...but today I was joking about when you need new jeans....when you can pull them down without unbuttoning and unzipping them! I've only had them six weeks! So I guess I'll be hitting the store again. I'm singlehandedly keeping a local small business lady in business with this weight loss LOL I did go through a closet just a bit prior to traveling. I have things I've kept of course, but I'm holding onto them for nostalgia, or they're designer (and while that was suited to my lifestyle ten years ago as a single professional, it's not appropriate for mom around the house wear) or because they're vintage. I love 30's and 40's bias cut gowns. Again, not so great for dropping my little guy off at school....though perhaps it would class up the joint I'm going on ebay right now to find some jeans LOL Maybe it's possible not to pay full price every six weeks! 1 enigmachik reacted to this
