mdonaldf 84 Posted November 23, 2012 Its funny, I'm on the liquid diet, which mine allows me cream Soups and puddings and jello...but honestly I have just been drinking 2 large Protein Drinks getting 60 grams of Protein off that and crystal light with unjury unflavored Protein, getting around 80 grams a day of protein and way more than necessary. I'll have tomatoes Soup with skim milk or chicken broth once a day. Not craving any food at all. Can start puree on monday but as fast as I'm losing weight I'm not in a huge hurry. I can drink pretty much like I could before surgery. I don't guzzle, just take nice big sips pretty much constantly. Hope others are as successful as I have been so far. Keep waiting for a setback, hopefully it doesn't come.
