WATER 30 min before or after?

I am still unclear about the Water thing. Is it still okay to drink either 30 minutes before a meal and 30 minutes after?

i drink Water up until i eat. i quit maybe 3 minutes before eating.

i dont start drinking anything till 1 HOUR has passed. at thirty minutes i might still risk a pb because pouchy doesnt like to have liquids when food is in there. it also really lets it hit me that i am full!

I'm like Vera, I dring until about 3-5 minutes before I eat ,but I do wait an hour before drinking after a meal.

thanks okay I will wait another half hour after I eat since I have been doing it wrong half hour before and a half hour after eating geeeeeeez hard to keep all of this straight! thanks again..wonder why it hasnt been affecting me????
