Protein Shake Container Question

hello.

i start my shakes this monday. i have to do 5 shakes a day for 15 days. 3 of those shakes i will have to make and bring to work. what should i put them in? they will contain about 8oz of either milk or Water, some ice, fruit and protien powder. any inexpensive ideas?

freezer bags and ice? If you keep them in the blender cup ( not sure how much it will hold) just fill a couple of sandwhich size bags with ice, put your shake cup in a gallon size bag, surround it with the smaller bags of ice and seal. You could re-use the bags too
