I'd love some suggestions for those are wiser and more experienced sleevers HW- 235 CW-229 Sleeve Date 12/14 Keep it realistic! If your goal is weight loss maybe do 10 pounds or so, small goals are better! Or maybe your goal is to exercise everyday, or to eat correctly! Make your goal personal to fit you!!!
