monique 90 Posted November 24, 2012 Thanks everyone. Any tips or suggestion for me in the next few months leading up to surgery. Start changing your eating habits and exercising. This helps you get in the habit before having surgery. You mentioned that you had your consult yesterday. Your doctor will probably send you a nutritionist who will advise how many you can consume at day, an exercise trainer who will develop and exercise program for you, and you may or may not have a bone density scan and sleep study. It depends on your doctor. Oh and a pschy eval.
