Hello everyone, just need advise regarding Sauna. I use it a lot at the gym, it helps with muscle pains, and am planning on getting one from costco. I am having second thoughts because I am not sure If this is okay for vertical sleeve. Planned surgery wil be end of December.

Please advise. Thank you.

Best bet would be to ask your surgeon's advice, as this is clearly a medical question.
