Measurements mean ALOT, I was sleeved on Oct. 18th and I am now down 31 pounds, BUT my cloths are now very very loose and I am by-passing size 16 pretty much, and will be in a 14 before I know it. I plan on taking my measurements again tomorrow and know I will see several inches gone, EXCEPT my boobs, for some reason they never seem to go away whenever I lost weight in the past, my husband loves it but me, not so much!

I'm eating anything I want only in small portions, I have even eaten pizza, homemade and healthy, it seems the more I eat the more I lose weight. Constipation has been somewhat of an issue but between Colace and Fiber gummies I think I have it under control.

This has been great, the best thing I ever did, I Love my sleeve, I feel normal again and I can lose weight finally! :D

Sleeved 10/25 @300 lbs. I am down to 260. I haven't been taking my measurements...i had before surg and now cant find where i hid them! Most of my clothes are baggy but haven't had to buy any. Still not getting enough prot or Water in.

I can only eat 1/8 to 1/4 c food at a time. Can't do eggs, coffee, dense meats, dairy. So eating choices are sort of limited to stuff like tuna or chk salad...bean Soup, vienna sausage, soft cheese, refried Beans, prot shakes. Feeling almost normal, but still get tired if i do a lot. I am 50/F.. 5'10". Good to hear from other Oct sleevers!

Same here. My bust has always been out if proportion with the rest of me. Although my hubby says they are shrinking. I certainly have no prob with that!

Oct 23rd here - going through my 2nd.. or 3rd stall? :( frustrated. I lost exactly 30 lbs and the scale isn't moving. I feel like I look the same and trying not to let old thoughts creep in and demoralize my good intentions. Maybe I will try the measurements thing

idk guys

As frustrating as this can be, it is so good to hear other perspectives of those who been through being sleeved and have a basis of knowledge and experience. Thank you.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
