Crystal Woods 193 Posted November 21, 2012 I am not a chef. My fiancé is but he cooks very rich very fattening foods. I have looked and looked for good and easy recipes. The ones on the website emilybites.com meet all my criteria... (1) short common ingredients list (2) not time consuming (3) foods my kids, fiancé and I will eat (4) lists the nutrition facts. We have tried 4 of the recipes this week and loved all of them!!! 4 amwr6582, simplejaxgirl, jkl94597 and 1 other reacted to this

theoldmusicbox 399 Posted November 25, 2012 emilybites.com has been the key to my success. i never believed that healthy food did not have to suck, but, she proved me wrong. i have lost 150 pounds and my non-op wife has lost 70 mostly due to using emily's recipes. she may be a WW website, but she is a wls angel! also, for some other good ideas, my 2nd goto site is http://bariatricfoodie.blogspot.com/ she is also phenomenal. 1 Jeniluv1978 reacted to this
