ozeedonkee 145 Posted November 21, 2012 Pre-sleeve I could eat ridiculous amounts of foods (pre-menstrual). In a week or so I'll be taking notice of how I feel. But there's no way we can eat what we used to, so a Protein snack will probably satisfy. And I expect that now I have not been eating sugary/sweet foods, stable blood sugar levels will help. delta_girl 931 Posted November 21, 2012 This has been my last few days!! Yesterday was ridiculous. I was fine with my shake at Breakfast and couldn't even finish it. Then had a yogurt at lunch and everything was good. Then I got home and ....wow. I had a popsicle, a sugar free Jello, some Goldfish crackers and a drink before I got myself together. Which didn't last long.... Then I had a sugar free hot chocolate, then a few more crackers, then I had some wonton Soup and ate the whole thing! Craziness.
