fgotr121 11 Posted November 21, 2012 If you had one? I am going 8 days with no loss--sleeved 3.5 weeks ago...
TheGamer 406 Posted November 21, 2012 Mine lasted about 2 weeks. Then I was down about another 4 pounds, but this morning I was the same weight as yesterday. I have a LOT of trouble getting in more than 600-700 calories though, which doesn't help.

TheGamer 406 Posted November 21, 2012 Judging from what I've seen here, a week 3 stall is pretty common. After all, most of us are living on super low calories now. Haven't bothered to ask because I'm doing everything right nutritionally and I really can't complain about losing 50 pounds in about 6 weeks. There are a lot of reasons to stall or plateau and while I'll grumble and I hate them royally, I know it's just a part of losing a lot of weight really quickly. jcjoy77 5 Posted November 21, 2012 I was sleeved oct 23, four weeks ago today! First 10 days, I lost 14 pounds! Since then, I've only lost 2 more, and that was just in the last couple days! Hopefully the losing will pick up soon! This is more of a struggle than I expected!
fgotr121 11 Posted November 21, 2012 Yeah--after all the years of dieting I know that an increased calorie day would be helpful for me and my stall, but like a previous poster said, I struggle to get in enough calories daily--I feel like I am always eating or drinking something to get in fluids or Protein.< /p> At stalls though, I will be even more thankful for my sleeve though because without it, stalls tended to make me say "screw it" and go "off" my diet. This time I will persevere!!!
