Well, I thought "oh, no, the hunger monster is back!" But, then I remembered. Drink first, it wasn't thirst though. Then, I took a Prevacid. Yeah, that was it! Back to having to make myself eat because the appetite is gone again.

I usually eat around 500 cals a day. Today it was more like 650. Little bits add up

I was the same way last week premenstrual, but thank God I still managed to lose and mid cycle! That's a first!

I have been the same way since this evening. I thought I was so hungry, drank with no help. Took an anticid and much better now. A little aggravating to not know what my body is telling me, but I'm learning.

It actually wasn't hunger that I was feeling. I just had indigestion.

Me too. If I was real hunger, Prevacid wouldn't make it go away.
