UTGal99 327 Posted November 21, 2012 I am 7 weeks post-op and I eat right about every 3 hours, now mind you that it is a small portion but I eat on this schedule usually: Breakfast - 7am snack - 10am lunch - 1pm Snack - 4pm dinner - 6:30pm Snack 9:30pm Lots of Water throughout the day and sometimes I skip the afternoon snack if I am still satisfied from lunch. Keeping hydrated with lots of Water and/or non-caloric beverages is key! I am down 30 pounds in 7 weeks.
