I have some in my cupboard that I haven't tried yet. They are a fantastic source of protein!!

Sardines are great but watch out for the salt content. http://www.livestron...ardines-sodium/

In one can of sardines, 108 grams, Protein 16 grams, 420 grams sodium not bad for a canned food. All fish has sodium in them.

I like oysters with vinegar and saltines. I know the latter is not good for you.
