Anyone Have A Total Gym?

I bought a used Total Gym (Chuck Norris infomercial) from a friend. I am only 9 days post-op so can't use it yet. Just wondering if anyone else has one of these. Looking for reviews for this machine from fellow sleevers.

I have one and I really like it..I use it mostly for upper body and some ab stuff. I love that you don't have any weights to change during your workout, you can go from one move to another seamlessly. It's almost like playing...pulling myself up and down!
