MsButterKup23 1 Posted October 18, 2006 My band is fine, no slippages. They took out some saline and sent me on my way. I have picked up my records and hubby's from the surgeon's office. He is at a conference and still hasn't been made aware of the situation. I am feeling a bit better, my port is still hurting and because I was stooped over my herniated discs in my back are bothering me. Alexandra 55 Posted October 18, 2006 Glad to hear your band is fine, Carrie! You never explained what sort of pain you were having, though, and I'm curious. Are you sure it's band-related? Being too tight usually involves symptoms of reflux, etc., not the sort of pain that would prompt me to get out the painkillers. What was the problem? MsButterKup23 1 Posted October 22, 2006 I have been doing pretty good since the unfill. I am going to call the office on Monday (when everyone is supposed to be back) and see what they have to say. I know I need a port replacement and the insurance has already approved it. I've been eating pretty good in the last couple days and have actually lost a couple pounds.
