Thanx to u both,i havent seen 209lbs+ since high school I cant wait ...congrats to u both im ready for more weight to come off,i hit a stall for at least 2 wks so I hope ill be,losing,more soon.havent excercised in a week due to muscle spasms,and a pinched,nerve and some,pain in stomach.
