mgsmith 35 Posted November 18, 2012 I don't know what happened today. At work we had a Breakfast potluck. I did ok at first I had some cheese, 1/2 turkey sausage and applesauce. Then I ate a glazed doughnut. Then when I got home I had a few bites of strawberry cheesecake. WTH!!! I cant believe I ate all those sweets. Just venting!! UTGal99 327 Posted November 18, 2012 I have had a day just like this...overeating (frequency not quantity). I just need to saddle back up tomorrow and move on, not get down about it. BeGuiled 36 Posted November 18, 2012 The longer you keep some rules and put this stuff in check the better, so then after maybe a little cheat, but the habits not good when you just do it allot.
