PEvette 297 Posted December 8, 2012 Hey the pre-op diet is hard....everyone who had to do it can atest to that....just stay focused on what you desire....a healthier life, the first 3 days will be hard, you will hit what I call "the wall" and on day 4 it will become easier.... Just think of the pre-op diet as it getting you ready for the eating stages after the surgery (which it is)

want2live 29 Posted December 8, 2012 Hi Mich! I know you can do it. I was sleeve this past Tuesday and had a two week pre op diet of 2 shakes and one Protein rich meal a day. Well....let me tell you.....over the 14 days we were at Disney for 6 days (over Thanksgiving no less) and then I had a girls weekend in New York City. If I can do it with all that going on I know you an too! I just kept thinking about how important it was for the surgery to be as successful as possible! Good luck! Let me know if I can help!
