I eat anything I want although I do try and eat healthy. If I do happen to ever reach my goal weight I am going to have some plastic surgery on my arms thighs and tummy. Hello I hope I am not being a pessimist for every one but this is a genuine question. On another site I read that some sleevers were having more surgery later ( don't know how much later) to be RE SLEEVED

I was shocked and thought the sleeve was a permanent tool. Can anyone please enlighten me??????

I have been wearing shapeless clothes for so many years n had to work for a week at office. All I wore was one pair of sneakers cuz didn't want to go out. My bff suggested men's shoes n got the MOST comfortable Sketchers w memory foam in men's. What a crock! Women's socks n shoes suck! Men have the BEST socks n most comfy shoes n can't even tell. Another injustice! Lol

Yeeesh...that's horrible! I'd like to know how prevalent that is. Hopefully not very!

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

      2. BlondePatriotInCDA

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
