Surgery Date Ticker Issue

Recommended Posts

I just received a message that my signature was modified to remove external tickers, but I only created one because my surgery countdown ticker that I created here isn't working properly. As you will see below this post, the ticker start value shows that my journey started 15,786 days ago, which translates into more than 43 years, which is more years than I've been alive. It's a minor issue, I know, but when I saw others with external tickers that showed a more realistic start date, I created one. I didn't know it was against the rules and I apologize. However, can the VST ticker issue be looked into?

External tickers were causing pages to load slowly, as well as other issues. Thank you for bringing the countdown bug to our attention. We'll have it fixed shortly. I'll update this thread once it's corrected.

I had that same issue and e-mailed the problem. So glad it's being fixed.

the internal ticker doesn't display the decimal information it just cut off the wight to the whole number which from one point mislead about the weight. I use external one only because of that.

Can this issue be fix as well? because if you weight 219.7 lbs it display on the ticker as 219. from my point it is not accurate.

I just wish I had been given prior notice that the external ticker would be removed, because now I can't remember the name of the ticker I was using. I would just come here and click on it when I needed to update it, now I won't be able to find it. So it really would have been nice to warn me first before you guys just deleted it.

You should have been given prior notice. Our apologies!

So they deleted my ticker, without notifying me. This is where I tracked my weight loss. Is there a way to access it still to copy the info? I sure hope so...

I started a thread about this in the VST Forum Assistance & Suggestions forum: http://www.verticals...te-ticker-issue

I was told that the external tickers were slowing the site down.

It might just be a software glitch. Best to wait to see if the developer fixes it. Someone might want to explicitly report the issue back to the site developer.

Speaking of glitches, has anyone noticed that is kind of unstable on the iPad? I have a new iPad and I think that once a day the app will start getting flaky and then crash back to the iPad desktop. I know that the app is about to crash when the text starts disappearing from the lists of posts. There is no way to recover from this state and I have to wait for the crash because there is no way to manually close the app ( that I know of). Do others experience this with the app running on the new iPad?

I don't have a way to find my old ticker either. I used to click on it to take me to the site to update it, now I don't have the link anymore. I'm beyond pissed about it too, because if I had prior notice, I could have gotten the information before it was deleted.

OOOOOHHHHHHHHH. Well that makes sense I guess. I just like the other ones better. I am now offended at the loss of the right to be entertained by my ticker!! hahahaha!!!

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
