Well, I have already met my 12 month "target" but I have a stretch or ambitious goal to lose about another 5# before my one year anniversary of 12/12

My ultimate goal to lose 150# is still down the road and I expect to meet it in 2013, but I have lost 123 pounds in 11 months so very happy with my progress!
