So excited that I have finally made the decision and scheduled my sleeve for 12/18. Any suggestions on shakes? My sweet hubby keeps bringing me different ones to try, but most have an aftertaste.

Unjury is good and they have a chicken Soup one. Chike I liked all the flavors. Syntax Nectars are good their double stuffed cookie mixed with skim milk taste like a milk shake. If you want a clear Protein Shake I like cytosport max mixed with crystal light lemonade to cut the taste.
