I haven't gone to any yet.On another forum we was all talking about dinner on a Saturday evening.I work to late to go to any of the meetings during the week.I've done everything he told me to do.I eat alot of smokehouse Almonds for Snacks.< /p>

Hi y'all, I am from Denton, had my surgery by Dr. Stewart on 8/20 at Baylor Carrollton. Day of surgery weight was 247 and today I am 188 for a loss of almost 60 pounds. It been great!

Hi! Is anyone planning on attending Plano Baylor, or Forest Park support group tomorrow night? I've yet to attend one, probably should. Plano may be a easier drive with traffic for me. I'm in Flower Mound. Let me know if anyone is going?

I workout at LA Fitness also by stonebriar mall. Off of 121 and Preston. I am there everyday besides sat and sun. If you guys ever want to workout together, let me know, I do Zumba, Kickboxing, Body works & abs, Machines and a whole lot more there. I love working out now.

FYI- Baylor Plano has no future support groups scheduled at this time....I just called them. Also have call into Forest Park, left message...sooooooooo, that's what I know right now. Maybe I won't go to a support meeting tonight. Next month...hmmmm.
