I have jeans that are size. 11, 12,14

The 11 dont fit yet but my my size 14 are loose now. My question is how much if a difference is 11 and 14. I guess i dont understand the odds and even numbers. Is a 11 same as a 12?

I think if clothing is sized 9, 11, 13 it is more a junior size and I find that they fit a little smaller. Sizes 10, 12, 14 are more misses or women's sizing and would then be larger. So your size 11's are more like a 10 so if you had a size 12 I bet the would fit perfect!!

I thought it was just me..lol

At the moment I still weigh 188 and that in my book is still fat. However,I now fit nicely in a 16 and some 14's and low and behold yesterday I bought some 12's.And the 16 isnt really too big.But then here we have UK,US,German,Korean!Chinese,South African ect ect clothes and all the sizes are different. But buying a 12 for my big body just seems plain wrong!

The odd sizes are mostly Junior sizes so if you are size 12 womens you would probably fit in a size 13 or 15 in juniors. A 14 maybe a 15/17 . Etc.. I am in a size 6/8 misses and fit in juniors size 9 or 11 depending on the brands. Hope this helps.

Jr sizes are cut different. Usually lower in the front. Slimmer Cut legs and rear end. They are targeted towards teens and college ages I guess.

Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

As I understand it since your stomach is smaller and not completely resting against your diaphragm anymore you no longer have the ability to "push" burps out as well. Plus, since its smaller and we don't digest slower the trapped air moves a lot quicker out of the stomach so its no longer available to burp out. Hence the other option for removal.

Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

      2. LadyVeteran1

Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
