Can anyone else relate to any of this? I'm going to venture to say a lot of it has to do with pre op diet or stress. Whatcha eatin'? Lol

Newmonie 0 Posted November 14, 2012 Thanks for responding. I have been under a lot of stress lately ... a little more than usual. I have been doing good eating pre-op wise, but within the last couple of days, I have been having more carbs. Not just from stress but from fear that I would pass out. I am talking things out so I feel a tad better.

Usually string cheese or yogurt. Do you have diagnosed vertigo or are you just dizzy? I keep seeing spots and I know it's stress related. I'm glad you're on top of your dizziness, just stay in tune with it and sit down! I've had 2 severe concussions, one from falling and hitting my head....not worth it. Sit when you're dizzy! you'll be fine, this won't last forever But if it's really a problem call and ask your doctor , maybe check your sugar if there's a glucometer near
