Has anybody heard of the 5 Day Pouch Test? If so what is it and does it really work to break a stall?

If you are only in a stall, I don't think this is what you want to do unless you have already hit goal. As I understand it, this is for people who think they overeat.

Are you tracking EVERY bite along with carbs/protein/sugar/liquid and exercise? If not, start there. Sometimes you have to add calories to break a stall. Really. Sometimes your body just needs more Protein and calories.

Don't give up. Keep on track but make minor changes.
