IsB 209 Posted November 12, 2012 I asked the same question to some friends who had WLS a couple of years ago. Both told me that rice is very difficult. They do eat bread, Pasta and even pizza in real moderation. However it all depends on what your body can handle. I wouldn't expect to be eating much of those things if any at all for the first year.
