Terry, you make a good point. Initially we were discussing only sending in funny stories. But the more I have thought about it ANY story you want to share will be good. The story of your daughter's wreck is an awesome one and how you reflected on it. Send that to me in an email. Penni60@aol.com

Good, Funny, Bad, Reflective, Inspirational, Supportive, etc. Send your full name, email, date of banding, beginning weight and present weight along with how much you have lost with the email.

Sorry penni,

When I started writing i couldnt stop! Its way too long so I will edit and try to add a couple of funny things ;) Its just when I start writing, I get very dramatic!

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
