VitaleEM 44 Posted November 10, 2012 In the beginning I didn't feel full so I had to weigh and measure my food in order to avoid most of the uncomfortableness.
amykins 202 Posted November 10, 2012 You are probably full. It only takes a couple bites. Just in case, try taking itsy bitsy baby bites and put your spoon down in between bites. 1 VitaleEM reacted to this
enigmachik 403 Posted November 10, 2012 I agree with all the above posts. Also, it will get better. I had that feeling A LOT for the first couple of months, but now I don't have any issues.
rosehips 121 Posted November 10, 2012 Oh yea, I had it too, overall gone now, I was still getting nauseas til I started doing tiny bites and like aid...if there's food in my mouth there is nothing in my hands... That cute little saying is turning things around for me.
Holly5.3 423 Posted November 10, 2012 I bought a package of plastic baby feeding spoons at supermarket. I tried only eating 1/2 a tsp. or so at a time with regular teaspoon, but I still took too much at once and would get that rock in the throat feeling. The baby teaspoons are perfect! They go great with my little bowl and Gerber oatmeal that I had today for lunch! Goo goo, ga ga! 2 irishgypsy and Christina760 reacted to this
Threetimesacharm 1,400 Posted November 11, 2012 You are eating too much too fast. Try what Holly 5.3 is doing, small spoons, small bites. Weigh or measure out all of your food all of the time.
firebelle10 80 Posted November 11, 2012 Once you find what works then measure everything out. And I totally agree that the baby spoons and bowls work.
