SkinnyMommy 13 Posted November 10, 2012 Hi everyone I'm new here. Started my pre-op journey in March and finally got my surgery date. I start my pre-op liquid diet on Nov 28th. missmelymelissa 21 Posted November 21, 2012 My program is going to drop me to 1000 calories (meditaranean diet) a day for 2 weeks prior to the surgery and then the day before I will be on only liquids. I also have to do 2 fleet enemas... No fun! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
