I went to my "Decision Appt" yesterday and set the date for my VSG on December 11th. I'm super excited. I'm a military dependent and so tricare is covering 100% and I'm so fortunate for that. It's been about 6 months in the making and I have an amazing support group behind me but I'm still nervous. I'm so glad you guys are here reading everything on this site makes me feel so much more prepared. I start my liquid diet Nov 27th and I'm trying to figure out what shakes to buy in advanced to prepare myself. Any suggestions are more then welcome.

Thanks for all the support and help on this journey you guys are awesome
