OneManWolfpack 180 Posted November 9, 2012 Looks delish... Sadly I'm in the pureed stage so I'd have to pulverize them into a liquid soupy mess.... two more weeks til I can chew! (fingers crossed) BTW, seeing the words "chicken nuggets" makes me reflect back on how much money I've spent at fast food joints through the years... not a proud accomplishment 1 slimagainsoon reacted to this

grannyk 58 Posted November 12, 2012 I tried this recipe today. The garlic was way too much for me, and my daughter said she could taste the cauliflower too much. I love garlic, but I am very sensitive to it, so next time maybe just a little bit of garlic powder or salt. Don't know what to do about the overpowering cauliflower. Any suggestions about what might be used to substitute? I love the idea of making my own nuggets. This will make a very easy lunch. I got 25 nuggets out of the recipe and MFP came out to 5 nuggets around 200 cal, 10 carbs and 20 Proteins. With a little tweaking, I think this will be a keeper. Thanks for the recipe...K
