Im still pre op surgery is next WED. my heaviest was 309 and i weighted myself to day at 275.6! I did my 6months supervised diet started in March ended in Aug. then everything was sent into insurance and Ive been waiting for Nov 14th to get here! I started my own little pre op diet today since my suregon doesnt require one. except the day before surgery Im allowed only Clear Liquids and have to do a bowel prep! Best of luck to you!
