Has anyone tried or do you take liquid vitamins instead of chewables? If so what are some good ones? What ones do you like?

I threw away a couple of bottles of liquid vitamins in favor of chewables. I switched to non-chewable Vitamins at 7-8 months post-op, with my doctor's permission.

I use EcoDrink. It's a flavor packet for Water that is also a Multivitamin. Works well for me.

Wellese is delicious, not too expensive. At Costco-online, Walmart and direct from company. I am taking their Multi Vitamin, Calcium, Iron, Protein supp. And just had to start the Alevera liquid cause I am low on Vit D. Good luck

My Nut recommended 3 different brands, one of which was a powder to liquid. We were given samples and taste tests of the different tablets, chews, and liquids. I settled on the Nutrametrix isotonix powders. The Multivitamin plus Iron powder and Calcium plus D powder are mixed with a small amount of Water and the drink tastes like Tang, kind of a not to sweet, orangey citrus taste. I drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and have had no problems.

I bought mine at the tasting session that was offered after a pre-op Nut class at the hospital where I had surgery. They are also available online through the Nutrametrix website and Amazon.< /p>
