Was weight management part of the classes u had to take?

I dont remember anything about weight management. They do encourage you to try to lose weight while your in the classes though. Your first class is basically introduction about the 3 different procedures and what the rest of the 11 weeks covers

No all of my courses through Kaiser were free.
