Hi everyone! I just decided to try Isopure powder and I got the Dutch chocolate. I like the flavor but was wondering if anyone could recommend any other good flavors? Also I paid $50 for 3 lbs and using 2 scoops in a shake won't last me a month! Any good sites you can recommend with better prices? Thanks!!

The best price I've found was on Amazon. They have a 7.5lb bucket for $104.

Also you don't really want to drink 50g of Protein at one time. Try using 1 scoop at a time. That would deliver 25g which is almost the maximum the human body can use in one sitting.

Thank you! Do you recommend one scoop in the morning and one scoop later in the day? I'm new to Protein Shakes obviously!

That would be fine. Basicly anything over 27g in one sitting is pretty much wasted. But if they are spread out a couple hours or more that's fine.

Thank you! I didn't know that. I've been trying to see a nutritionist but my insurance is giving me a hard time. I need to learn more about all of this. I appreciate your input.
