I got weight today im still 207 im.absolutely discouraged now.... wat do I do I did a major work out today afternoon nd before bed about to do alittle more then go to bed.. Alright here it goes... DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED....I REPEAT, DO NOT BE DISCOURAGED!!! The scales will slow down, they'll remain the same at times, but they'll also GO DOWN...We have all proven to ourselves that WE CAN DO THIS. Don't give up, tomorrow is a new day...by the way...dont you know you're probably starting to FSA lot more muscle ...& the scale might not move (make sure you're checking measurements!!!) Bust= that's your 38" Waist (at your belly button) Hips go at the widest part Thighs Measure all the way around and all the way back to the zero... Continue to do this monthly you'll see change!!!
