zoraoraclezebra 2 Posted November 7, 2012 Hi I'm looking to find a good yogurt that's sugar free or some with very little if any sugar that's recommended by your nutritionist after surgery
JenniferCS 7 Posted November 7, 2012 Dannon Light N Fit- any flavor- they are 80 calories....1 g sugar...and high protein- I work with a bariatric nutritionist and this is what she recommended to me. It actually tastes good! But I have one cup over 2 sittings....they are 6 oz each. Hope this helps! BTW, you can also have any plain Greek yogurt..... TheNEWME! 121 Posted November 7, 2012 I really like the Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt with fruit mixed in. It's 80 calories, 0% fat, and 2x Protein than regular yogurt. I am 7 days out and I ate my first full cup yesterday... it only took me an hour! LOL
TheGamer 406 Posted November 7, 2012 My favorite yogurt in the world is Fage 0%. Fage is a plain greek yogurt so you've got to be a fan of that, but with a little liquid splenda and some flavoring it's so much higher in Protein and you get to control what's in it.
