TheNewSusie 471 Posted November 7, 2012 Would love any feedback, it'll make me feel better . What do u all think, tomorrow is my four month mark and I'm down 48 pounds, I may be in another stall, oh well, point is I wanna know what people of my losses so fat. I eat 6-800 calories, less than 40 carbs and 30 fats and 60-100 grams Protein. Am I doing ok? I hate feeling like a slow loser!
DEZ1975 170 Posted November 7, 2012 You're losing at exactly the same rate I am. That is not slow! That is steady weight loss of 2-3 lbs a week. Be proud of yourself!
juny 93 Posted November 7, 2012 depends a lot on your starting weight. those of us w/ higher starting weights tend to lose weight quicker, but then we have further to go. 1 makemyownluck reacted to this

Futureskinnyperson 29 Posted November 7, 2012 I was 4 months out on Nov 4 and have lost 65 pounds so far, with 15 of that being preop. The weight loss has definitely slowed down but I am glad as it was kinda scary how so much came off so quickly at the beginning. I think I have found a sweet spot now where it comes off slowly and I am happy with that. I can't wait to hit ONDERLAND....only 10 more pounds for me and YOU are almost there!!!!! Stay strong and positive and embrace your new life as it unfolds!
