Have had a couple of " lax" Moments but have lost around 4-5 kgs! Get through this weekend ... Then it all begins! Where are u having ur surgery... Dr?? I had mt pro op with a nurse Bernadette, she was so nice and said she had seen sooo many sleeve op Patients, who have all gone so well... She was very supportive and encouraging! deb1405 20 Posted November 11, 2012 TODAY is the day! Just having my cup of tea, banana Optifast shake and some Water ( to help hydrate my veins) nothing to eat or drink after 7.00am... Sometime after midday I will have my sleeve!!!! Feeling somewhat nervy still but really can't wait until I am on the road to recovery to a new and healthier ME! Weight ( on my scales) pre 2 week Optifast 98.5. Weight this morning after 2 weeks of Optifast 91.5!!!!! Will also weigh in on hosp scales, as mine are a couple kgs different, but they will be my gauge once im home....Sure do hope this is a sign of what's to come!
