brennie 15 Posted November 6, 2012 So I am 12 days post op and have done okay with the weight loss. But today when I weighed myself I gained 1.5 lbs from yesterday. I've been trying not to weigh myself daily but over the past few days I have not moved the scale so I was curious and saw the gain. I'm doing everything they tell me to do. I want to cry! massindex 346 Posted November 6, 2012 Forget it about it. Your body will go up and down. It wants to grab on to every calorie and pound and retain it. This creates stalls and it will happen many times in this process. If you are following the process, you will lose weight. Keep your head up. 2 brennie and ProudGrammy reacted to this
FishingNurse 1,211 Posted November 6, 2012 totally agree it is not fat gain, it's a fluctuation in fluids. Don't worry!!! 1 ProudGrammy reacted to this
Squisha 99 Posted November 6, 2012 Day to day changes are completely normal. I like to keep track of my weekly and monthly losses. And usually around week 2 -3 there is a stall.
