Apples-Honey Crisp

I bought some honey crisp apples and after entering them into spark people, I never realized how many carbs are in them. I ate it for a snack, is this bad, should I look into other fruit? Just wanted some advice.

Well it is not bad but most fruit are higher in carbs. Berries; strawberries, blueberries, raspberries are much lower. I would stay away from fruit until you are farther along in weight loss say closer to goal. Stick with veggies.

it depends on your plan, really. I have to stay low carb but my NUT is ok with fruit as long as I am meeting my Protein goals. if you find yourself eating a lot of fruit and not losing, then maybe you can reassess. but really, none of us got fat eating too much fruit! LOL
