Kate27 34 Posted November 7, 2012 Good Luck i was just approved Monday. It took 10 BZ days for mine to go through. I have United Health Care though. Now I am playing the waiting game today with the doctors office. someone is suppossed to call me today to schedule the surgery. The plan is for 1st week of December...keeping fingers crossed.
