4 Years On....

Well, what a roller coaster ride. Certainly lots of ups and downs. Not sure of lbs but I've lost 55kg. Its taken 4 years but worth the journey.

I think that's a little more than 121 lbs.

Congrats!!! That's awesome.

So, a huge debate that is going on here these days is this: does it get a lot harder to lose weight after the first 6 months? Some people say that you will lose 60% of the weight the first 6 months and then it dwindles down for the other 6 months. And after a year if you haven't lost it by then, you probably won't.

I don't believe that. Everyone loses weight quickly initially when dieting. Then it naturally slows down, but to stop at a year even when working the plan? That just doesn't sound right. One may have to switch things around, but if you still truly have weight to lose and work at it, I don't see why you can't lose it.

Anyway, any input from a pro is very welcomed.
